what is going on for you..what is difficult..what are your challenges in life..your dreams...hopes...fears..what annoys the piss out of you...basically speak your mind about what is on your mind...and then......yes...the most important thing is we are hear and not only talk..but to listen..and respond..with mutual respect....without the oh so common judgment and evaluations people tend to throw towards one another....but to simply hear what is going for each and every one who is part of this tribe...

The idea is to bring about a community of people who are able to help one another by learning to fully listen...I want to create a save speace where people can share themselves, fully, openly and honestly with others who listen with deep and genuine compassio and empathy. As we are all human beings we have so much to offer, so much we can learn from one another if we would only listen, so this is the basic premise of this tribe...but of course we are not here to ramble on about our personal problems and eventually escalate into trivial small talk..time is way too important for that..so....lets engage in a dialogue designed to help one another with personal challenges, confusion, sadness, anger..whatever it is that is alive for us I would like for you to be able to share that....but I am not asking to reveal your whole life story....I mean, sure, if you'd like...but basically what I am getting at is ...talk about what is important to you..what is real...what keeps you up at night...share with us what is on your mind these days....what you stilll have not figured out in life..what your questions are..and I am sure we can learn how to bring about the kind of community where each and every member is heard, respected, understood, appreciated and accepted, unconditionally...
